Citizen Machinery Miyano Co., Ltd. takes first priority on offering products and service that satisfy our clients. So we would like to make proper use of clients' personal information, of which can be used to identify each client, such as name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and so on. We will conduct followings for proper protection and management of private information.

Before obtaining clients' private information, we will clearly inform each client about using purpose of the private information to an agreement from the person. The client's private information is then corrected after the agreement was made.

We will only use client's private information to the client's agreed field of using purpose.

We should not disclose nor offer client's private information to the third party without client's agreement, except:

• When we use partner companies as out subcontractors for the using purpose execution.
However, the partner company is requited the obligation of strict secret management and prohibition of use of the private information that is not covered by the using purpose.

• When we are requested the information disclosure from authorities such as justice and administration agencies in accordance with laws and regulations.

We set contact personnel for inquiry of clients' private information. When a client wants to refer his or her own private information, please contact the person in charge, we will give the client proper response.
