We would like to inform you that effective April 1st 2015, Citizen Machinery Miyano Co., Ltd. (headquarter: Miyota-machi, Kitasaku-gun, Nagano prefecture, President: Keiichi Nakajima) will change its company name (trade name) to Citizen Machinery Co. Ltd. The decision was made during the board meeting that was held today.

Purpose of the name change

In order to ensure that the company's name is clearly distinguished from the brand names, the company name will be changed to "Citizen Machinery Co., Ltd."as this represents the nature of our business. Meanwhile, we will continue to use "Cincom" and "Miyano"as the brand names of two major automatic lathes and the main lines of our business, and try to further improve our brand power.
