A robot mounted on a rail can access the entire work area, efficiently automating the entire process from supplying workpieces to storage.

On-Machine Type
- BNA42SY + On-Machine Loader (2-axis)
- The two-axis orthogonal loader mounted on the machine makes it possible for the entire process from supplying materials to alignment and storage of workpieces to be automated.
Depending on the production process and factory layout, right-discharge, left-discharge, or dual-discharge loader configurations can be selected.
- BNJ51SY + On-Machine Robot + Rack-Type Stocker
- By mounting a robot on the machine, it can be used as an opposed-spindle multi-tasking chucker capable of supplying material as well as aligning and storing workpieces.
Integrating it with rack-type stockers that utilize vertical space also allows the overall system to achieve high capacity while saving space. This ensures sufficient workpiece storage capacity and enables extended periods of automatic operation.
On-Cart Type
- ABX65SYY + On-Cart Type + Stocker
- A robot arm retrieves workpieces conveyed from an unloader, measures them, and places them on a pallet.
Measurement results are then fed back into the machine, enabling stable production.
When combined with a stocker, the entire process from supplying materials to collection of machined workpieces can be automated.
