The P-0 is an automatic hobbing machine for small gears (pinion) mainly used in watch manufacture. It has three cutters for each stage in the process; roughing, medium finishing and fine finishing. During the 1960's this model was produced at a rate of more than 20 units per month in order to cope with the rapid growth in the watch manufacturing sector. The machines sister model, the P-1, is a larger version.
