The FG-3 is a universal grinding machine designed to allow the production of precision components with ease of operation. This machine was used within the machine shop division of Citizen to grind pressed parts. By changing the grind-stone flange internal and outer diameter grinding could be achieved in a single chucking. There were larger versions of the FG-3 called the TG-2 and TG-3.
