Sliding headstock type NC automatic latheF-12Years of production 1980 - 1985

The F-12 was the first NC automatic lathe featuring a twin turret. The tool post has two turret heads and is supported by two guide bars. While one turret is performing the cutting process the other can change tools; this dramatically reduces tool-changing time. In addition to its high productivity and flexibility the F-12 created a great impact in the market due to its introduction of rotary tools such as cross drilling and milling.
