Sliding headstock type NC automatic latheE32Years of production 1977 - 1981

The E-32, as one of the world's first "millturn" NC lathes, was a breakthrough for efficient and economical secondary processing such as cross drilling and milling. In addition to the high precision capability provided by the sliding headstock and supporting guide bush the tool station was designed to hold up to 16 tools enabling the machine to achieve previously unimagined levels of complex machining.
